Please use this as a guide as a reference for temporary work from home equipment needs. Remember, the first choice is for people to pick up equipment from the office. If it is necessary to purchase equipment, the items must be approved by the employee’s manager. As a reminder all equipment borrowed or purchased is property of Stanford and must be returned.

To visit campus, remember to complete the following action items:

1. Obtain manager approval
2. Complete COVID-19 Hygiene Best Practices Training in STARS
3. Complete Health Check 1 – 2 hours before visiting campus
4. Where a face covering at all times while on campus
