How to Use

Employees that would like to wear a N95 respirator for comfort purposes but who are not required users enrolled into SU’s Respiratory Protection Program should follow guidance listed within this document.

Voluntary respirator users must complete a Voluntary Respirator Use Agreement and submit a copy of the completed agreement to their supervisor (retain records for as long as you use the respirator). Voluntary respirator users do not need further training/fit­ testing. For additional consultation, contact EH&S at (650) 723-0448.
