How to Use

This card contains phone numbers for emergency responders and other campus resources, as well as brief instructions on what to do during or after an accident, fire, earthquake, etc. It includes space to add information specific to you (Emergency Assembly Point location, department hotline, and out of area contact). When folded, the card is the size of a standard business card (3.5”x2”, unfolded 3.5”x4”). Please fill in the department specific information, and keep the card with you in your wallet, purse, or backpack.
