EHS Work Request forms that interact with Oracle Financials will be unavailable during the upcoming Oracle Financials Upgrade. The upgrade starts at noon on Nov 22nd and will be completed by morning of Nov 27th. The affected EHS work request forms are: SUFMO, Chemical Inventory Analysis (CBC), Asbestos, Chemical Waste Pickup (Paper-tag), Non-Research Chemical Waste Pickup, Radioactive Waste Pickup and Lab Cleanout.
