The laser safety program is designed to ensure the safe use of laser systems at Stanford University. All faculty, staff, students, and visitors that use lasers for research at the University must adhere to the laser safety policies and procedures.

Available services include laser safety training, laser worker registration, coordination of baseline eye examinations, and initial and periodic laser safety inspections.
