How to Use

When moving into a new workstation, employees should complete the Employee Move-in Checklist to complete a workplace assessment, identify emergency preparedness procedures, and familiarize themselves with available resources.

A copy of the Employee Move-in Checklist should be provided to the Supervisor once completed.
