Human Resources Managers (HRMs) partner with University schools, departments, and business units to attract, develop, reward, and retain a diverse and talented workforce. They also foster a productive, healthy, and safe work environment where people feel valued and support the changing nature of work and the workplace environment. HRMs are fair, ethical and legally compliant and should add value and reflect good stewardship of resources.
