On Thursday July 19, 2018 after 6:00 AM, some EH&S work request forms including the SUFMO Fire Services form, Asbestos form, Shop Chemical Waste Pickup, and Radioactive Waste Pickup forms will be updated to improve their aesthetic and efficiency purposes.
