Every X-ray machine on Stanford campus (and satellite locations) must have a controlled machine authorization (CMA) number, used for inventory, tracking, registration, and radiation safety purposes. If you have an X-ray machine that needs a CMA, please contact Health Physics at (650) 723-3201.
