How to Use
We developed a checklist to help departments and Principal Investigators (PIs) ensure complete lab deactivation. Once deactivation tasks are complete and the lab space is ready for turnover, use the checklist during a final walk-through with the department and PI or PI’s representative. The department should maintain the completed checklists and give us copies for renovation or demolition of the vacated space.
