How to Use

A Radioisotope Use Log, or daily usage log, comes with each radioactivity package. Make an entry each time the material is used. Keep the logs in the Radioisotope Journal or post them on the refrigerator or storage cabinet. Do not keep them in your own laboratory notebook. Use this blank log to continue recording entries if you lose or misplace the original document.
