Broken equipment emergencies occur when broken equipment has a serious impact on the fire alarm control panel or the fire protection for a building. In the case of an after-hours emergency, please call the maintenance customer service line at (650) 723-2281 and ask for the on-call technician.
Once the emergency is under control, the requester should place a work request. An emergency callback after normal business hours involves a four-hour minimum charge.
